TIERNEY LEARNING CENTER
The Joseph M. Tierney Learning Center (TLC) will be grounded in youth-based programming that relies on a multi-generational approach to service delivery. TLC will extend its reach by partnering with the existing networks in Old Colony and the Boston community.
Using a strength-based approach we will provide concrete, practical, consistent and sustained supports to ensure that every child in our community is on track to achieve at his or her highest potential.
